  • Pros

    Good product

  • Cons

    - Minimal Training - Cliquey culture - Old boys club leadership - Lack of meaningful diversity in Sales, having ethnic people only in tech roles doesn't make a company diverse - Disconnected Leadership - Poor benefits - Poor salary, especially given DC Area is so expensive - Poor commission

  • About the culture

If you enjoy working with people that say "That's not my job" you will love it then. No ownership at the middle management level.

  • Advice for New Reps

Avoid unless you have no choice and really want to get into software sales. Ignore HR when they try selling you on the 'collaborative culture' as a reason to take an abysmal base salary.
